Miami Chefs Michael Lewis of KYU and Michael Pirolo of Macchialina team up once again for a special dinner at KYU, serving a multi course tasting menu that blends Macchialina’s sophisticated Italian fare with the bold, fresh Asian-inspired flavors from KYU.
Guests will enjoy a specialty crafted cocktails by KYU’s Spiritual Advisor Ilan Chartor & Macchialina's Head Bartender John Cooper. There will be small bites leading up to the dinner experience at 7:00pm, which includes 10 to 12 dishes and natural wine pairings from Macchialina’s Beverage Director Jacqueline Pirolo.
Dinner & Wine Pairing:
Includes the prix-fixe menu, 2 specialty cocktails and wine pairings. They are priced at $95.00 per person, plus a 20% gratuity, totaling $114.00.
Please note the dinner will be communal style dining and seating will be allocated by KYU. Dinner will begin promptly at 7:00pm.
