She Makes things Happen
When trying to sum up what Natalia Davis’ position was at KYU was – we went right to the source and asked her herself.
“I don’t want a normal title – I just want people to know that I make things happen” - and there you have it. From wine training, fixing equipment and making each guest feel special – there is nothing that Natalia hasn’t thrown herself into.
It’s true – few people can match the positivity and passion that Natalia brings to the “literal” table, since KYU opened in February 2016. With a “funny” accent and a giant heart, Natalia’s smile graced every guest as they walked in, helping run a flawless reception team for over a year.
Many wouldn’t believe that KYU was Natalia’s first role in hospitality, yet her ability to solve problems, and just make things happen, as her business card now states, earned her a new role on the management team in 2018.
As part of the KYU family, she brings a vibrancy from her previous travels and hometown of Barcelona – which she holds dear to her heart. As a result, her favorite spot to dine (outside of KYU) is her mother’s dining room table or oceanside with a cheap beer and good paella.
Whilst she has called Miami her home for almost three years now, Natalia still feels like she has so much more to learn and is excited for the opportunities that await.
PS. She will also beat you on the court – we bet a meal on us.
