Sous Chef - New York
Ryan Clair grew up in a small community in Northern California called Trinity County. Growing up, he had a passion for music, specifically drums and guitar. As he got older, his passion for music never went away. However, as he was working in kitchens, he developed a passion for cooking that rivaled his interest in music. He’s a self-taught chef who learned under some great chefs, as well as through a lot of research in his own time. He’s been cooking for 11 years and loves the sense of creativity he has been able to express through his work. He has three children who are his world. Everything he does is in hopes of providing them with the best lives possible.
As for hobbies, he loves nature. After growing up surrounded by woods, he feels at home when surrounded by trees, mountains, and wildlife. As mentioned before, he loves music, and going to concerts was something he did a lot with his father growing up. Playing music is a normal pastime for him as well. It's also hard to beat a good time with friends too. His best memories include great friends and intense laughs.
