What to Expect During our Re-opening
Listen - we are all a little confused on what the NEW "new" rules are on a day to day basis, but we wanted to make sure that you are aware of what to expect when dining with us during the next few weeks.
We don't know the next steps, and we are working every day to provide more options to you, our guests, from increased takeaway platforms & outdoor seating. But what we do know is, that without YOUR support, this next phase would not have been possible.
#staysafe #staystrong #thanKYU
The SAME awesome fried chicken & coconut cake will be served, as well as additional dishes above and beyond the current To Go options.
The SAME great music will be playing.
The SAME amazing team will be serving and smiling (behind masks)
The SAME great cocktails will be offered (maybe just a few less to start)
The SAME takeaway platforms will still be available if you choose to dine from home (we get it...)
The SAME supportive guests dining at this local restaurant
You, me and everyone we know will be wearing a MASK. (except when eating -that would be tough)
Our TEAM will be required to complete a health screening before their shift.
Menus and payment will now be offered DIGITALLY. We will always have disposable menus should you need it. No cash will be currently accepted.
We are currently allowing a maximum of 4 GUESTS, 6 from the same household. No Funny Business.
We upgraded our BATHROOMS to touchless. Please just use the waiting spots on the floor.
The restaurant space and bathroom waiting areas will all be MARKED according to socially distancing guidelines. We ask that you, and our team follow these, and our polite instructions.
Tables will be spaced out at 6ft+ (Perfect for those secret conversations...)
Additional hand-WASHING & SANITIZING stations have been added thoughout the restaurant and our teams have completed additional service training
The kitchen will serve your stone pot to avoid contact, and you will pour your own wine and water. It’s a WIN-WIN situation.
We will be closing between 4-6pm for DEEP CLEANING and training daily, and to provide our team a safe distancing area for family meal.
Unfortunately – there will be NO VALET at this time, but Wynwood has a ton of on street options including the Wynwood Garage.
All guests will require a RESERVATIONS to dine with us, and will be asked to remain in their vehicle until the table it ready. We have increased dining and sanitation times.
Due to a decreased capacity, at the moment each table will have a DINING SLOT, so that the next guests table will be ready for them. Please understand this.
There is NO BAR seating, NO HAPPY HOUR or WAITLIST
