Dayton began traveling at a young age with her parents to thank for that. Her first trip out of the country was when she was 3 months old and her passport flourished from then; this opened up the opportunity for her to try cuisine from all areas of the world. She found her passion in traveling and immersing herself in new cultures, and she believes the best way to connect to a place or people is through food, so she was destined to have a career in Food and Beverage! She began her career at the Wynn of Las Vegas and continues to grow her knowledge and taste buds now being at KYU Las Vegas.
